Terms & Conditions
At this time Sofia Collection does not ship overseas. Please check back
as we hope to have this option available soon.
We cannot tell you your pet's size based on its breed or weight, as all pets
come in many different shapes and sizes. All of our pet apparel are sized
in inches. Please measure your pet carefully. Measure your pet from
the base of the tail to the base of the neck. Measure your pet around the neck
and around the chest. If you pet is in between sizes, stout, has a broad
chest, wide underside, or a thick coat please round up to the next larger size.
If any item does not
list your pet's size or style requirement, please feel free to contact customer
service at
customerservice@sofiacollection.com Many of our pet apparel items are
available in custom sizes.

Please be sure to measure your pets properly, as all custom orders cannot be
cancelled, exchanged or returned. These include special orders, as well as
any item that is noted as custom order on the item page. Custom orders may
take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
If you
are not completely satisfied with any unused items you may
return the item for store credit or exchange only.
Unauthorized returns, C.O.D., and postage due returns will not
be accepted and will be returned to you. You may return
your merchandise to us in its original and unused new condition
with all tags still attached within 15 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or store
credit and must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of
your item(s).
Please
do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you
place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will
be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise. Store credits are valid
for one year from the issue date and can be used for website purchases. We
absolutely guarantee your satisfaction.
We
encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we allow one
complimentary exchange per item*.
Thereafter, each exchange will incur a $10 charge per item. Our
apologies, but we do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges for
custom orders, and we cannot accept returns
COD. We
do not reimburse shipping charges.
Should you have need
to return for store credit or exchange the merchandise, please
contact us first
before mailing the return for store credit or exchange item(s).
We will supply you with the proper return address at the time you inform us of
your need to return or exchange.
On the
packaging receipt slip, please let us know the reason for the
return for store credit or exchange. In case of an exchange, please note
the new item(s) you would like as a replacement. For your
protection, Sofia Collection suggests you send your return via
UPS,
Federal Express, or by US Mail with insurance and delivery
confirmation for tracking purposes. Sofia Collection is not
responsible for packages lost in shipping.
We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot
honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 15 days of
receipt, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. We
reserve the right to determine whether or not an item returned is in its unused
original condition.
Upon confirmation of your original order and receipt of the
return merchandise in it's unused new original condition, a Store Credit Memo will
be emailed to you for your records. Your store credit is valid for one
year form the issue date and can be used for website purchases.
We cannot give store credit or exchanges on custom made orders
or personalized items. Sales are final.
Note:
Please
make sure you read the dimensions and weight limitations for
each Pet Carrier and Dog Bed.
A 20% restocking
fee applies to ALL Returns or Exchanges on Pet
Carriers, Pet Totes and Beds.
Due
to strict health regulations, once you place your pet into the Pet Carrier it is
not returnable or exchangeable.

Our standard delivery
time is 7 to 10 days. Items that are personalized, customized may take longer.
Our shipping prices are based on amount of total purchase. We provide shipping
service using USPS, UPS, and/or Fed Ex. Orders are charged in
full upon time of purchase. Items that are ordered together may not arrive in
the same box or at the same time.
You will be notified via e-mail if any items in
your order are on backorder. All backordered items will be shipped free of
charge as soon as they arrive. For Special Order Items please allow up to
four weeks for delivery.
Many of our items are hand-crafted per order and
may take four weeks or longer for delivery.
We ship via US Mail, UPS, and Fed Ex. Shipments will be calculated by order
total. We ask that you give us an address that can accept this type of shipment
so that your order will not be delayed. If you will not be home or available to
receive your package, we suggest that your package be shipped to either a place
of business, your workplace or a location where someone will be home to receive
the package. Sofia Collection will not be responsible for loss or damage to
packages delivered to said address.
Our shipping charges* are based on the total amount of your order (for U.S.
Residents Only).

over $300, shipping within the continental US is complimentary.
**Please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur
additional shipping charges. Sofia Collection will contact you if
additional charges are required.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express via Paypal.
We accept mail orders paid with a personal check or money order. When sending
us your order, please be sure to include all product information (name of
product, size, color/style) and shipping information (name, address, phone
number and email address). Also be sure to add the necessary shipping
charges to your total purchase. For CA State residents, sales tax of 7.75%
must also be added. Please understand that orders paid for with a check will
take additional time, as these orders are not shipped until your check has
cleared.

Sofia Collection strives to process and ship all orders as promptly as possible.
If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise
your order within 12 hours after your order has been placed. Please email your
cancellation request or order change to
customerservice@sofiacollection.com.
Be sure to include your name and order number. We must receive an email from you
and you must receive a response back from us for the cancellation to be
effective. Please note: Orders for custom or personalized
items cannot be cancelled or changed at any time.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible and carefully
proofread your order confirmation for any errors or typos. Sorry, but we cannot
be responsible for the shipping costs for any cancelled orders.
Non-Deliverable, Refused + Unclaimed Orders
If an order is
returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer
negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we
will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is
received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and
a 20% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your
order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All
orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for
returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an
additional re-shipping charge.
